Sept. 2020 Onwards:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am the main and only source of income for my family despite my health preventing me from working full-time. Paperwork still waiting for approval. I also work in healthcare amidst COVID-19, thus all delaying commissions waayyy more than it should for current clients.As of Aug. 2022, husband had to move back to the UK due to more unfortunate circumstances; we are unable to reunite for (realistically) 2 years from now. Mental health is being tested on a whole new level which further affects commission progress while coping with this heartbreaking change.That being said, commission wait time is still indefinite with everything going on. I don't like making people wait but I only open commissions as a last resort for make ends meet. Eventually I may stop accepting commissions altogether one day due to stress (guilt).Thank you everyone for your unbelievable patience and support over the last 2+ years. Due to my poor health and healthcare profession, I aim to get things done within a few days/weeks; but please be aware that wait time can potentially take MUCH longer (my luck is awful).I cannot offer refunds as I usually open commission slots as a last resort for paying bills.Please understand as this has been an ongoing struggle for the last few years; and that 90% of it is completely outside of my control (chronic illness/pain, debt, covid, etc.). You are not obligated to spend money on me if you feel that you may want a refund after waiting too long for me to finish, and I can't blame you; it's understandable.I prefer to have complete creative freedom with your character(s), tiny requests for details are sometimes fine, maybe. Extra expectations make me so stressed ; v ; (I wish I was joking) Details on character (clothing, hair, face, etc.) may not be entirely accurate to the reference(s) you provide.
